EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Online
stationery is web based application which will be designed to provide some of stationery
services through internet (online) such as card designing, document editing,
letter and report formatting and editing. Online Stationery Store is a Tanzania based
corporation and web based application that will provide sales of stationery
services online to customers in its targeted market. The Company is founded in
2014 by Miss Zuhura Lali
OBJECTIVES OF THE BUSINESS
The
purpose and main objective of this business is to design a web based
application which will provide online
stationery services such as cards designing, image editing and report
formatting services. The system will be designed in a manner that different
cards which contains different template will be designed and available online
at any time where by customers will choose the design he or she likes and buy
it or it may happen that he or she wants editing of his or her own cards so they send them online and after
being edited they are returned to them and payment proceed ,as well as in
images the customer send their images or document and we can help them edit or
putting them in a good format and send
them online and they pay for the service and so on. Therefore this system will
be designed under consideration of maintaining good performance of the system
and many other consideration such as improving services, providing enough
information about the system whenever necessary, as well as maintaining control
and security ( considering legal issues ,ethics)
MISSION STATEMENT
The online Stationery service mission is to provide customers with an outstanding array of stationery services such as card designing, logo and banner designing, formatting of different document, animation design as well as business card designing
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
As stated above, the primary revenue center for the Stationery Store will be general sale of stationery services, which includes designing of cards such as wedding card, invitation cards, memorial cards, birthday cards, preprinted invitations, greeting cards, and other miscellaneous stationery items and small office supplies. The business will have the ability to specialize order any type of stationery on behalf of customers including custom letter or report formatting and business cards. Complimentary to the direct retail operations of the Stationery Store, the Company will also provide invitation printing services for large scale events. This aspect of the business has some insulation against negative changes in the economy.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The idea of this business is founded by Miss Zuhura who has experience in information technology as well as retail management industry. Through my expert, I will be able to bring the operations of the business to profitability within its first year of operations.

Below is a description of the products and services offered by the online Stationery
Cards designing. The online stationery will provide services such as cards designing, birthday cards, invitation cards, wedding cards, memorial cards as well as ID cards designing where by customer can choose the design he or she likes and therefore we will be able to design the selected design.qwwe
Logo design, also online stationery store will provide services like logo design where by customer can select the design he or she like then we will be able to design for them according to their choices. Different logos will be designed such as business logos and company logos
Banner design, also the stationery will provide such kind of services for their targeted customers
Animation design, another service which is going to be provided is design of different animation for our customers
MARKETING PLAN
Online stationery intends to maintain an extensive marketing campaign that will ensure maximum visibility for the business in its targeted market. Below is an overview of the marketing strategies and objectives of the Company.
MARKETING OBJECTIVES
· Establish relationships with wedding and event planners in the local market.
· Implement a local campaign with the Company as targeted market via the use of flyers, local newspaper advertisements, and word of mouth advertising.
· Develop an online presence by developing a website and placing the Company as name and contact information with online directories.
MARKETING STRATEGIES
I
intends on using a number of marketing strategies that will allow the
Stationery service Store to easily target people within the target market.
These strategies include traditional print advertisements and ads placed on
search engines on the Internet. Below is a description of how the business
intends to market its services to the general public. Stationery Store will
also use an internet based strategy. This is very important as many people
seeking local retailers, such as stationery stores, now the Internet to conduct
their preliminary searches. I will register the Stationery Store with online
portals so that potential customers can easily reach the business. The Company
will also develop its own online website showcasing the stationery products and
printing services offered by the Company in additional to relevant contact and hours
of operation information. I will also develop relationships with wedding and
event planners so that the business can effectively develop an ongoing stream
of referrals among people that are holding large scale events or weddings and
require specialized invitation printing services as well as designing services.
MARKET ANALYSIS
Online
stationery service will mostly target to customers who are interested in this
kind of services such as cards design, image editing, report editing, address
labels, business cards, banners ,logos etc., as long as they are connected to
the internet access so that it will be easier for them to access the service
easily basically in Tanzania .
The
scope of this business will mostly cover all Tanzanian who are in need of the
service but as times go on it will be expanded to provide service worldwide as
long as the payment will be done through online using PayPal payment system and

stationery service will be designed to provide those services I mentioned above
which will help people to get those services online and reducing time for
people to seek services by moving from place to place as well as reducing cost
for that services, online stationery service will be developed by considering
those PIECES frame work issues such as improving services to customers,
providing enough and reliable information to customers while using system, as
well as efficiency, good and quality services, and control.
Online
stationery system will be advertised through different blogs, different search
engines such as Google, yahoo, Facebook and many others so as to keep people
aware of the system therefore people can join and get services online.
